The below updates cover up to version 4.116
Conditional Formatting Enhancements
We have added addition conditional formatting features to allow text to dynamically change based on the contents of the cells. This includes text color, size and style.
E.g. in the gif below we have:
the Amount text sizes are based on the values of the numbers with large values having bigger text
Close date is bold and red background when Opportunity is not closed and close date is in past
Lead Source values have color dependent text and background and Web is bold
Stage values have color dependent text and background
When the close date of the open Opportunity is moved to the future the red background formatting is removed to help the user only focus on the open opportunities with close date in the past

Dynamic Grids
We’ve introduced Dynamic Filters that allow Grids to show different records for different users.
E.g. The below example has the ‘All Opps on Account’ Grid with all 6 Opps and the second grid, ‘My Opportunities’, is a dynamic grid that shows only the current user's Opportunities.
The dynamic features can be used across a number of areas, for example:
my records
my team’s records
my delegated records, e.g. tasks delegated to other users
My territory
My team’s territory

Enhanced Filter functionality
Filter types of number and currency have been added to allow more flexibility with filters. This can be used along side =, !=, >, >=, < and <= to quickly filter through your data. See implementation details here and example below:
Sandboxes created as Pro as standard
We have updated the install process so by default all Sandboxes have Pro features - see details here.
Production orgs will continue to have Basic features until upgraded to Pro.
Picklist column update
Added ability for Picklist column types to be read only. See details here
Feature Enablement
Updated our package to the latest Salesforce feature enablement model so features can be pushed to customer orgs remotely with no package updates needed.
