Experience Cloud Grids

Introduction of Grids for Experience Cloud, bringing the rich features of Grids to partners and customers.

Completion Bar Columns

Showcasing data with completion bars for immediate visual clarity.

Filtered Lookups

The ability to customise your grids to have custom filters on lookups has been added. This could be to align with Salesforce lookup filters or custom filters as required.

For example you can set the Opportunity lookup filter to Account to only show Accounts that have type ‘Customer’.

This feature is available in all sandboxes and production orgs with Pro licenses.

Rich Text field enhancements

Added the ability to:

Have read only rich text columns - see user guide here
Improvement of UI for rich text boxes to remove outline box when in view mode

User Experience Enhancements

Modal view: Improved UX to allow all modal views to be exited using the escape key.
Checkbox filter: Enhanced the user interface of the checkbox filter for optimal page alignment.
